Refund policy

Each Starke timepiece is hand-finished to a single date, made only once, and is therefore final sale once production begins.

Cancellations

You may cancel within 48 hours of placing your order, before hand-finishing starts, for a full refund.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece reaches you damaged in transit, or shows a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Report any transit damage within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the item and packaging. We arrange and insure all return shipping for approved claims.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered for two years under our international warranty, from the date of delivery.
